CR25 represents the comprehensive revitalization of a 170 m2 residential apartment situated inside a historic, heritage-protected building in the heart of Madrid. The architectural intervention centers on a sensitive, highly curated dialogue between the preservation of original classical features and the introduction of contemporary, clean-lined spatial layouts designed for modern living.

To maximize natural light and improve the overall flow, the layout was completely restructured, seamlessly integrating the kitchen and dining zones into the main living pavilion. This connection is structured by a bespoke, minimalist steel and fluted glass partition, allowing light to penetrate deep into the floor plan while maintaining a soft, atmospheric boundary between functions.

The material palette is strictly restricted to noble elements. Hand-selected stone, warm oak timbers, and artisanal plaster finishes run continuously through the spaces, evoking an aesthetic of quiet sophistication and timeless character. Every detail, from the integration of hidden storage solutions to the alignment of new architectural elements with historic moldings, was resolved with absolute precision to create a serene, functional, and deeply intentional urban sanctuary.
