In Hamburg, twenty-eight square meters became an invitation to reconsider what space actually means. In micro-living, traditional walls do not protect; they crowd. To avoid dividing the air, we designed a single, continuous flow where sleeping, resting, and working coexist without friction, replacing rigid boundaries with subtle architectural intuition.

The heart of the apartment is a bespoke wooden partition that acts as a silent coordinator of daily life. It holds a 360-degree rotating screen—visible from both the bed and the lounge—while concealing a pull-out desk that vanishes completely when the work is done. Throughout the space, warm, desaturated oak joinery catches the natural light, leading toward a bathroom designed as a deep, tactile retreat. Here, the rich tones of forest-green tiles and the wild veins of Amazzonite marble are bathed in soft light hiding within a curved plaster ceiling.
